A hearty andouille sausage option served with potatoes, carrots, and a warm roll, finished with rich cheese fondue for dipping. Smoky, savory, and perfect for a cozy Brush Hollow wine pairing.

Tomahawk Steak Fondue – $120

An approximately 3 lb tomahawk-style steak, seared in our pizza oven and then slow-smoked to temperature. Served with potatoes, carrots, and a warm roll, finished with rich cheese fondue for dipping. A bold, shareable Brush Hollow showpiece made for a special night out and perfect with a red wine.

Vegetarian Fondue – $30

A hearty vegetarian option with roasted potatoes, carrots, seasonal vegetables, and a warm roll, finished with rich cheese fondue for dipping. Comforting, flavorful, and perfect for a relaxed wine-country meal.
